TERMS & CONDITIONS SUMMARY
1. Payment Authorization & Non-Chargeback Agreement
- Authorization: You authorize all single or multiple credit card charges to CheapAutoTrans Inc. for services rendered.
- No Disputes: Charges are strictly non-chargebackable once the vehicle has been picked up. You voluntarily waive the right to dispute, cancel, or reverse any payment through your bank or payment platform.

3. Penalties for Payment Disputes
Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment reversal after pickup incurs:
- A $500.00 administrative fee per violation.
- Potential credit bureau reporting (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion).
- Liability for all legal, court, and third-party collection fees.
- Potential reporting to law enforcement, merchant blacklists, and banking regulators (which may restrict, freeze, or close your bank accounts).
4. Vehicle Delivery & Storage Holds
- Signed Agreement Required: Drivers will not offload or release your vehicle without a signed copy of this agreement.
- Storage Fees: Refusing to sign will result in your vehicle being placed in a storage facility at a rate of $110.00 per day, payable by you prior to vehicle release.
5. Governing Law & E-Signatures
- Enforceability: Valid and legally binding across all 50 U.S. states.
- E-Signatures: Electronic signatures (e.g., DocuSign) carry full legal validity under federal law (E-SIGN Act / UETA).
